1. What sizes do your shirts come in?
Our tees are available in unisex sizes Small through 3XL (some designs may go up to 4XL). Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the best fit.
2. What type of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, soft cotton or cotton/poly blend tees that are comfortable, durable, and true to size. Performance shirts are made with moisture-wicking material for active wear.
3. How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your tee looking its best:

4. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! If you’d like a custom name, number, or design, reach out before placing your order. We’re happy to create something unique for you.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your gear! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and unwashed. Because these are custom-printed items, refunds are only available if there’s a defect or error on our end.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll quickly send a replacement at no cost to you.
8. Do you offer bulk/team orders?
Yes! We offer discounts on large orders for teams, schools, and organizations. Contact us for bulk pricing and turnaround times.
9. Are the designs screen-printed or vinyl?
We use high-quality screen printing and heat transfer methods depending on the design. Both options are durable and made to withstand multiple washes without fading.
